SENTENCIA INTERLOCUTORIA CONFORME AL ARTICULO 252 DEL CODIGO DE PROCEDIMIENTO CIVIL, POR CUANTO POR ERRORMATERIAL INVOLUNATRIO AL CAPITULO TERCERO SE OMITIERON LOS CORRECTOS NOMBRES DE LOS SOLICITANTES, EN CONSECUENCIA SE CORRIGE TAL OMISIÓN, SIENDO LO CORRECTO DECLARADO DISUELTO POR DIVORCIO el vínculo matrimonial que habían contraído los ciudadanos BETTY ANNAIS ROGERS TONGIANI Y PEDRO VICENTE GOMEZ CONTRERAS, por ante la Prefectura del Distrito Heres del Estado Bolívar, y quienes fueron debidamente identificados en el encabezamiento de esta decisión.
