DISPOSITIVA En virtud de las anteriores consideraciones, este JUZGADO SEGUNDO DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO IRIBARREN DEL ESTADO LARA DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÓN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO LARA, administrando justicia en nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por autoridad de la Ley DECLARA: PRIMERO: CON LUGAR la demanda por motivo de RECONOCIMIENTO DE DOCUMENTO PRIVADO instaurada por el ciudadano LEOVALDO ANTONIO ANTEQUERA GUEDEZ, venezolano, mayor de edad y titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-7.983.838, contra el ciudadano JOSE AREVALO VERGARA, venezolano, mayor de edad y titular de la cédula d identidad Nro. V-22.266.766. SEGUNDO: Se declara reconocido el instrumento privado de fecha 11 de marzo de 2023, suscrito por los ciudadanos LEOVALDO ANTONIO ANTEQUERA GUEDEZ, venezolano, mayor de edad y titular de la cédula de identidad Nro.
