DISPOSITIVA Por las razones anteriormente expuestas, éste Tribunal Administrando Justicia, en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley declara CON LUGAR la demanda intentada por los ciudadanos SOLIMAR CALCINA CAÑIZALEZ, CARLOS CALCINA CAÑIZALEZ, ANGEL RAMON CALCINA CAÑIZALEZ y YANIRA CALCINA CAÑIZALEZ, a través de sus Apoderados judiciales, Abg. JOHN ARANGUIBEL CASTELLANOS, ORLANDO MELENDEZ GARCIA Y SOUAD ROSA SAKR SAER respectivamente, contra los ciudadanos: LUIS BENJAMIN PINZON CASTAÑEDA y MARIA RUTH MORENO PACHECO, asistidos por los Abg. CARMEN ROSALIA ALVAREZ y JOSE GREGORIO PADILLA GORDILLO, respectivamente, todos identificados en autos por motivo del juicio RESOLUCION DE CONTRATO DE ARRENDAMIENTO.
