DISPOSITIVA Por las razones antes expuestas, este TRIBUNAL DE MUNICIPIO ORDINARIO Y EJECUTOR DE MEDIDAS DEL MUNICIPIO SIFONTES DEL SEGUNDO CIRCUITO DE LA CIRCUNSCRIPCIÒN JUDICIAL DEL ESTADO BOLÌVAR, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley, conforme al artículo 8, ordinal 8, Ley Orgánica de la Jurisdicción Especial de la Justicia de Paz Comunal, DECLARA: CON LUGAR la solicitud de DIVORCIO POR MUTUO CONSENTIMIENTO, planteado por ADINA DELVALLE RIOS, venezolana, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-11.533.654 y JOSE ANGEL RAMOS, venezolano, mayor de edad, titular de la cédula de identidad Nro. V-11.518.714, respectivamente.
