DISPOSITIVA Por todas las razones precedentemente expuestas, este JUZGADO QUINTO DE PRIMERA INSTANCIA DE JUICIO DEL TRABAJO DEL CIRCUITO JUDICIAL LABORAL DEL ESTADO BOLIVAR EXTENSIÓN TERRITORIAL PUERTO ORDAZ, Administrando Justicia en Nombre de la República Bolivariana de Venezuela y por Autoridad de la Ley declara: PRIMERO: PARCIALMENTE CON LUGAR la acción intentada por Cobro de Prestaciones Sociales, incoada por los ciudadanos CARLOS ENRIQUE MARIN URBAEZ: VIDAL JOSE NARVAEZ MARIN: JUAN CARLOS ROMERO BRAZON: JORGE LUIS LOPEZ OLEDO: OSMAL RAFAEL ROJAS: RICHARD JESUS NARANJO AVACHE: EDUAL YOVANNY VELASQUEZ: CARLOS ROBERTO CLOSIER HERNANDEZ: CARLOS ALBERTO GUZMAN, en contra de las empresas REPROSER C.A., y como solidariamente responsable a SERVICIOS SUBACUATICOS, C.A., todas las parte debidamente identificadas, por los conceptos y montos especificados en la motiva del presente fallo, de conformidad con el principio de unidad del fallo.
