D I S P O S I T I V O Por los razonamientos antes expuestos, este TRIBUNAL MILITAR DECIMO CUARTO DE CONTROL CON SEDE EN GUASDUALITO, ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÙBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY DECIDE: PRIMERO: DECLARA CON LUGAR LA SOLICITUD de la PRIVACION JUDICIAL PREVENTIVA DE LA LIBERTAD presentada por la ciudadana CAPITAN LAURA ISABEL ESCALANTE JAIMES, en su carácter de Fiscal Militar Quincuagésimo con Competencia Nacional, en contra del ciudadano CABO SEGUNDO EDUAR DANIEL QUINTERO PEREZ, Titular de la Cédula de Identidad Nº V- 26.888.980, Plaza del Área de Defensa Integral 323 "Florentino", con sede en Puente Páez, Municipio Alberto Arvelo Torrealba, Estado Barinas, perteneciente al Contingente Mayo 2015, a quien se le sigue investigación penal militar NºFM50-030-2016, por la presunta comisión del delito militar de DESERCION, previsto en los artículos 523 y 527, ordinal 1°, y sancionado en el artículo 528 ejusdem.
