D I S P O S I T I V O Por los razonamientos antes expuestos ESTE TRIBUNAL MILITAR UNDÉCIMO DE CONTROL ADMINISTRANDO JUSTICIA EN NOMBRE DE LA REPÚBLICA BOLIVARIANA DE VENEZUELA Y POR AUTORIDAD DE LA LEY, DECIDE: PRIMERO: ADMITE TOTALMENTE LA ACUSACION presentada por el ciudadano Mayor LUIS JAVIER SOLORZANO en su condición de Fiscal Militar Trigésimo Primero de San Cristóbal, en contra del Ciudadano FARIAS TORTOLEDO JOSÉ LUIS, titular de la cédula de identidad Nº V-20.074.761, por la comisión del delito militar de USO INDEBIDO DE CONDECORACIONES, INSIGNIAS Y TITULOS MILITARES, previsto y sancionado en el Artículo 566 del Código Orgánico de Justicia Militar,. SEGUNDO: SE ADMITE EN SU TOTALIDAD LAS PRUEBAS ofrecidas por el representante del Ministerio Publico Militar, por ser legales, licitas, pertinentes y necesarias. TERCERO: Se declara con lugar la solicitud de la Defensa Pública y se ACUERDA LA SUSPENSIÓN CONDICIONAL DEL PROCESO en la presente causa al Ciudadano FARIAS TORTOLEDO JO.....
